To respect the time and commitment of our photographers who reserve their schedules for your session, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be communicated to us by 10:00 AM, at least three days prior to your booked session, to qualify for a full refund.

Rescheduling requests made after this period will incur a $50 fee.

Cancellations made after this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Venue, Permits, & Lighting

Clients are responsible for researching and securing any required permits, as well as covering all location fees, including photographer entry, prior to booking a custom session with Kcaptured.

If you’d like to request special lighting or a backdrop setup, additional fees may apply, starting at $50.

Please note that location fees and any charges beyond those listed under our “Pricing Tiers” will not be processed or managed by Kcaptured.

TRAVEL FEE

Additional travel fees may apply to accommodate time and mileage for your photographer.

Show up to your session on time and there will be no incurring fees – arrival time is based on when you meet up with your photographer and are ready to take your first picture.
Your digital gallery of 40+ photos will be available in 3-5 business days after your shoot.
