How it works
Step 1: Share Your Details
Fill out a quick form with a few key questions and pick a date that suits your team. We’ll handle the rest, reaching out to confirm the details and ensure everything is ready for your session!
Step 2: Distribute the Signup Link
After your event is arranged, we’ll provide you with a private booking link. Team members can use it to choose a time slot that fits their schedule.
Step 3: Receive Your Photos
Within 3-5 business days after their session, each team member will get access to a gallery of 10+ lightly edited digital photos. They can then select and purchase their favorite shots!

If a client wishes to book you again for portrait or event work, we ask that you direct them to book through Kcaptured. We offer up to 75% commission for photographers with repeat clients! However, if the client is interested in types of photography not provided by Kcaptured (such as weddings, product photography, or in-studio newborn photos with props), you are welcome to work directly with them.
Yes, with some conditions! You can use photos from Kcaptured in your personal portfolio, but if a client has marked their gallery as private, you must obtain written permission before posting those photos on your website. Photos taken with Kcaptured may not be used for other commercial purposes.
Yes, absolutely. Kcaptured does not have a non-compete clause, so you are free to continue working as a freelancer or with other photography companies.
