Cancellation And Rescheduling

Regular Sessions

We understand that circumstances can change, and you might need to reschedule or cancel your photo shoot. To accommodate these changes respectfully for our photographers and other clients, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Cancellation or Rescheduling: Any changes to your session must be made by 10:00 AM two days prior to your session. This applies to both cancellations and rescheduling to a future date. To make changes, you can use the self-manage page linked in your booking confirmation email or email us at info@kcaptured.com.
  • Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel or reschedule after the 10:00 AM two-day notice period and before 8:00 PM the day before your session, a $40 late cancellation fee will apply.

No-Show & Same Day Cancellation Fee

  • No-Show or Late Cancellation: If you do not show up for your session, or if you cancel or reschedule after 8:00 PM the day before your session, you will be automatically charged a $75 no-show fee.

Custom Sessions

To respect our photographers who reserve their schedules for your session, please follow these guidelines:

  • Cancellation or Rescheduling: Notify us by 10:00 AM three days before your scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations or rescheduling after this timeframe will incur a $150 penalty.
  • Late Cancellation: If you cancel or reschedule after 8:00 PM the day before your session, you will forfeit the entire deposit.
  • Request Process: To cancel or reschedule a custom session, email us at info@kcaptured.com with your request.

Prepayment Policy

To ensure we continue providing quality photos and a great experience, we must address frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows:

  • Nonrefundable Prepayment: For clients who late cancel or are no-shows, Kcaptured will require a $100 nonrefundable prepayment for your next booking. This prepayment will be applied towards your next gallery purchase.
