Weather Policy
Kcaptured operates in all weather conditions, so if you don’t want to shoot in rain, snow, or other elements, cancel by 10:00 AM two days before your session. Overcast skies are great for photos, and rain can create dramatic shots with props like umbrellas or ponchos. If it’s hot, photographers will find shade, and if it’s chilly, wear warm clothing. Severe weather (lightning, hurricanes, blizzards) will result in automatic cancellations for safety. Late cancellations due to rain still follow the cancellation policy. Embrace the weather for unique, stunning photos, or cancel ahead of time if needed!

Cancellation & Fees
Cancellations or reschedules must be made by 10am TWO days before your session to avoid the following fees:
- Changes after 10am two days before your session will result in a $40 fee.
- Changes after 8pm the day before your session or no-shows will result in a $75 fee.
If you arrive late:
- If you are 10+ minutes late: A $20 penalty applies. Your photographer will only work for the remainder of your allotted time. Arrival time is when you meet up with your photographer to start the session.
- If you are 20+ minutes late: A $40 penalty applies. A shoot may still be possible, but not guaranteed. Arrival time is when you meet up with your photographer to start the session.
- If you miss your session: A $75 penalty applies. For future sessions, a $100 non-refundable booking fee will be required and automatically applied towards photos purchased.
These fees help cover the time the photographer has set aside for your session and lost income from forfeiting other paid gigs.

Photo Editing Policy
Your digital gallery will be lightly edited – i.e. basic color, cropping, and lighting adjustments – as a complimentary service. It does not include Photoshop image manipulation of objects, faces, bodies or clothing. You can request adjustments to the editing style by paying a nominal additional fee at the time you purchase the photos.

- Book your FREE 30-minute personal photoshoot.
- You’ll be assigned a photographer from our community-vetted team of friendly, talented pros.
- To avoid blacklist, please be on time (arrival time is based on when your full party is at the meeting point, ready to take the first photo).
- Your digital gallery of 40+ photos will be available 3-7 business days after your photoshoot. There is no minimum order, and you only pay for your favorite photos.
